“What you choose to believe is your business. What I choose to believe is my business. Let's make a deal. I'll mind my own business if you'll do the same. I won't hurt you. You promise not to hurt me. Then, and only then, can we say that we live in freedom.”
Summary:
Bob Stannard posted this quote saying how if you leave me alone I will mind my own business and everything will be okay. He is saying that if these organizations would just leave this people alone who support assisted suicide, maybe everything will be better. Also if you are in the United States, you should be able to decide what you do.
Source Analysis:
In this source it talks about how in Vermont there is a bill in the process where assisted suicide would be legal with the request from the patient. But that brings up a lot of controversy. What if the patient is in a coma and is not responsive? How are you supposed to get permission to do assisted suicide from the patient?
